one minus rating given. I bought a balloon 9.30 on the morning and at 2.30 the same day it went down. I went to complain about it and a self righteous girl very snotily told me i had to bring the balloon back so she could inspect it. It wasn't good enough that I had shown her a photo showing the balloon all in tact just deflated. I believe they never sealed it properly . I calmed down to listen to what she had to say but when I spoke she was not interested and told me to leave the shop . This is bad customer service and a bad balloon job, they take your money but do not provide any backup service if things go wrong. It becomes your problem and loss
