I have used the store for many years and it's over priced but it is convenient location. The staff are polite and friendly. Recently went into the store to have 6 balloons filled with helium. I had bought said balloons from the store before. Only to have the owner keep questioning if I actually bought the balloons there. As to why he felt I would lie about such a ridiculous thing is beyond me. The balloons were filled.... and I'm not being dramatic when I say only 2 of them were actually a decent size. Because of the owner behaviour I made a point of going back with the balloon packaging. Which they admitted were there balloons. Would recommend the owner to be more polite and not so rude to customers.
