Cardinal Security Ltd

Cardinal Security illegally dismissed one of their head-office employees simply for having a disability. Instead of properly dismissing him, Cardinal Security temporarily put him on paid leave and then simply stopped paying him with no notice or reason given! When the employee questioned this, the HR Manager MICK STONE (who had previously made up lies about the employee in question) first threatened and then physically assaulted him without any provocation.

In addition, Cardinal Security have previously put guards on site WITHOUT a SIA licence (illegal). They also used pirated software across approximately 100 computers (again, illegal).

I strongly advise anyone not to use or work for such an unethical and unlawful company which Cardinal Security have proved themselves to be.

Don’t ever work for the company,they treat there staff like dogs and they give you no respect,And I find it funny that they go through area managers like hot dinners.since I had been working for them they had gone through 3,unless your single and can go through 10 years without having a day off then they may come and visit you and say hi,it’s a joke of a company,the place should be shut down

I have never worked for such a bad company in the security industry, There management team and company procedures are a joke, if you disagree with any ideas its there way or they force you out. The owner has no security experience before the company began apart from booking in guards from behind a computer screen and does not understand the problems security guards face. I would never go near this company again and I'm sure they wouldn't want me too.

Cardinal security is a great employer to work for they go out of their way to keep both staff and clients happy. With cardinal they always try to broaden officers experience of different clients. Cardinal security are most defiantly a cut above the rest and i would recommend anyone to them weather you be a future employee or client.
