Cardiff Mower Services Ltd are supposed to be the Mountfield service agent for the area but when I had a problem with my machine I was sent to Cardiff Mower Services Ltd I was met with "Well if you didn't buy it from us, why should we help you?".
Because Cardiff Mower Services Ltd are the service agent for the manufacturer and it doesn't matter who the seller is. The person flat-out refused to look at the motor and I am left out of pocket with a broken machine that is in warranty.
Not the service I would expect from a Mountfield service center, I certainly won't be buying anything from them if that is the way they treat people.
