Cardiff Bridal Centre

I couldn’t wait to see the selection of bridal dresses at Cardiff Bridal Centre when I went for my appointment. It was the worst experience in a bridal shop or any other shop for that matter I have ever had. My friend and I were shocked that we were not allowed to take photographs (never having been told this anywhere before) due to the possibility we would re-create the dress ourselves and steal the designs we were told!! The staff were unwilling to disclose the designer or style information on any dress in the shop and gave a fake name on a business card of the dress I liked. Over the phone, they were happy to confirm if they had certain designs in stock but once you were through the door they wouldn’t tell you anything!! All labels from the dresses were removed. All a technique to try and stop you being able to identify the dress and buy it elsewhere. Except I found the dress I loved elsewhere and bought from a shop with a more honest attitude to its customers!!
