A tenant of ours had been without heating for 24 hours and I needed someone to sort out the boiler quickly. Plumbaaid called on Sunday and spent one hour there and, as he wasn't able to source the required parts on a Sunday, was back at the house at 9am on Monday morning. It turned out to be a huge job but Plumbaaid worked on it all day and didn't leave for the next job till the heating was up and running to his satisfaction.
