Excellent customer service!

When I arrived at the shop 5-10mins after they had closed today (1pm Saturday - that caught me out!), the lady owner was still on the premises and hoovering.
Although closed, she welcomed me in and was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. I went in just for candles, but came out with a card and banner as well. She wasn't bothered that it was past closing time and just happy to help.
I will definitely be going back and recommending this shop to everyone - selection is great: toys, cards, candles, banners and so much more, and service is second to none.
