Bad Customer Service, not helpful.

Card Factory in Sittingbourne went their today to buy some birthday bits and a foil ballooon, I nicely asked if I can have my own balloon blown up which they didn’t sell with the foil ballooon I was going to buy and other bits told them i’ll Pay for my foul balloon to have it blown up as they have helium but the lady with dark hair didn’t catch her name about late 40s or early 50s said No without any sympathy almost agreessively in an unwelcome voice tone so I said to the other Young’s lady that was serving me you can keep everything and i’ll GO somewhere else so I did. Greetings card down the road where happy to blow up my foil balloon which I paid for and bought another foil balloon there’s and some party stuff. Bad customer servise from that lady with dark hair at card factory
