amazing card shop

i have been going to this shop for a long time and everyone there is excellent. andrea is a legend of the place she is so helpful and goes the extra mile also Imad an amazing guy who i undertstand has left we miss him a wonderful guy. I wish him all the best.
Today I went and met Hannah and zamina who were extremly helpful as soon as i entered the shop they said hello and zamina guided me with selecting some cards. both of them were so nice and kind even though the shop was so busy.
This is an excellent palce to buy cards as the staff are brilliant.

Not very nice

Terrible, staff talking about customers in front of them and also saying what do they expect from the Card Factory. I wonder why she has a job there when she thinks so little about her employer. I rang to complain but assistant said she was talking about another customer who wanted a sticker taken off but she refused to do it for the customer.
