Carbon 13 are the best technician group ever!

I wanted to share my positive experience of having had some fairly extensive work carried out by the guys at Carbon 13. They were recommended to me via a high end HIFI dealer and I'm glad I was able to get them involved in my planned project.

So many good suggestions came from the guys, I would never have achieved my dream install without the experience they were able to share with me.

I had an AV system set which included the fitting of an electric projector screen and HD projector, they did a 'first fix' of all the correct cables and future proofed at the same time - they fitted a 5.1 amp and set multi sources (computer, sky, apple tv, blueray, cd player).

The 2nd fix was quite involving and this also included setting up multiple zones and making sure everything sounded great and picture performance was optimin. Expert knowledge of networking and wireless router advise. The first phase of my project was carried out with great pace and efficiency - I was delighted with the work the guys did.

The 2nd phase was the fitting out of the first floor of our home - they supplied and set up a Sonos system and fitted ceiling speakers to suit my needs. The master bedroom install gave me a multi-source AV system with network capabilities which should make sure the house is capable of staying in line with the future of infotainment moving forward. The 2nd phase was completed just as quickly and expertly as the first.

The aftercare service offered by Carbon 13 is something I wanted to mention. Nothing was too much trouble, the way my expectations were exceeded was a genuinely nice surprise. I would not hesitate to recommend their service and would be prepared to act as a reference for anyone who would like to know more about the work they carried out for us.

A fair price and obvious professional expertise was a few things we shall always attribute to Carbon 13. I hope this proves useful to anyone considered using their service.
