I was not pleased at all! I had to come from Cramlington on bus to get here in the rain! And I was so dissapointed, when I tried to order 2 toasties and got told that all the kitchen wasn’t on so me and my friend had to have cold food and then I tried to order a ham sandwich and they didn’t have any ham! Definitely never bringing my nephews back here!! I don’t recommend anyone bring their kids here!

I couldn't disagree more with 'busybee' this softplay is loved by both my children aged 4 & 8 respectively. Unlike other softplays we have visited locally, the playframe is sturdy and always spotlessly clean. It is certainly big enough to keep my kids entertained for a couple of hours. The lighting is great and means you can keep an eye on the kids from the comfort of your seat and grab a cuppa and usually in my case some cake! The food is always freshly made and I can highly recommend the homemade quiche & salad and of course the delicious cakes. The kids food is good too and very reasonably priced. But what really makes it for me though is the staff, they are always friendly, helpful and seem happy to see you & your kids. It's a real home from home. We love it, a BIG thumbs up!

This soft play is one of a kind. it is spotlessly clean and the staff take a real interest in what's going on. They even politely make sure older children aren't in the toddler's area! You can see in to the soft play so no worrying where they are! They do a good selection of food reasonably priced, kid's picnics for £1.95. My little boy loves it and we will definitely be having his party there!

I went here not long after it had opened and been to a couple of birthday parties here and i was dissapointed! my daughter is 4 and she was bored after doing a couple of laps of the soft play its just not big enough for older kids,its not so bad a parties as there is alot of children to create there own fun but no good when there is only 2-3 kids.
The staff are friendly not to quick with what there doing and its over privced for food and drink also there is no kids meals like chicken nuggets or anything! not for me or my daughter!
