Highly recommended!! Asked him to come to see my broken down boiler after I finished working, same day arrived, took the part out that he found broken. Next day came back with the new part, again after I got home after work. Fitted new part, all working, got hot water and heating. Very happy!! He said, if he could come earlier the previous day, he would have fixed it the same day! Excellent service and very reasonable charges!

Very bad experience with Capital Boilers and technician David. He had been rude to me already on the phone and wouldn't agree to a meeting time - he preferred that I texted him upon arriving to the property.
When he arrived to the property he yelled at me for not finding the right entrance inside the gated building. Whilst screaming at me he violently threw his toolbox to the ground, yelling I should carry it around. I told him I didn't want his services and asked him to leave. The whole encounter was so loud and horrible some passers came to my defense.

Honestly, the technician's reaction wasn't at all normal, and definitely not what one might expect as customer service.

A trustworthy quality service, I'm very relieved to have found someone who does an honest professional job after so many others have tried to fleece me. Thanks again David. I would definitely recommend.

Just had David round to service my boiler. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. Much better than the company I've used in the past. Would highly recommend!

Dave was on time, quick and polite. Takes pride in what he does and is a man of his word having come round on a Sunday to rectify a minor issue. Boiler fitted, system cleaned and working within a day. Jamie N8.
