Diamond engagement ring repair (re-clawing because the 15 year old platinum claws were wearing thin) lasted less than 30 days before the solitaire diamond fell out.

Whilst they refunded the cost of the faulty repair it cost me double to get the diamond re-set and the ring fixed at a high street chain jeweller.

The diamond was small but irreplaceable. We were so lucky we managed to find it but gutted that we trusted Canterbury House with this simple repair.

I appreciate that this was ‘only’ a ring and worse things happen in life, but it was not a pleasant experience.

Been using Canterbury House for many years.. Always shop locally if I can and this shop definitely gets my custom.. from the minute you walk through the door your greeted by the lovely smiley Louisa who is absolutely fabulous at her job.. she’s very knowledgeable about jewellery and will help you anyway she can.. Martin recently helped me to get a wedding band sorted for my husband as a suprise,was absolutely over the moon with it .The wedding band didn’t take long to come at all Louisa phoned me up to let me know it had arrived.Always take my jewellery to be cleaned and dipped here.. Martin always does a sterling job.. Nothing is too much trouble for Martin Louisa and rest of staff at Canterbury House ..keep doing what you do because your all doing a fab job x
