A S Cann Construction is run by Andrew Cann, who has 30 years experience in the construction industry.

Andrew is an experienced bricklayer having spent over 10 years on large residential sites working for main contractors. Then he spent several years sub-contracting to builders before setting up A.S Cann Brickwork. In recent years Andrew has moved into project management and taking on complete building projects for customers.

A S Cann Construction can provide a complete building solution for you or equally can be a sub-contractor to larger developers to undertake any type of brickwork.

Piece of mind and assurance of a quality, on time and on budget job are what is important to us. We ensure that all our work meets all current building regulations and our own high standards.

Andy built my extension in 2012. He did a great job so I had no hesitation in getting him to build a concrete base for a new garden cabin this year (2020). Once again good work, and a great result.

Front Wall Great outcome

We recently had our front wall replaced by Canconstruction. We could not be more pleased with the result. The work was was carried out efficiently and professionally. Many positive comments have been made by neighbours. Our Thanks to Andy and Darren.

Excellent Workmanship

Cann Construction and Brickwork carried out the work on our single-storey extension 3 years ago. We were delighted with the level of workmanship, attention to detail and, of course, Andy’s bricklaying skills! The project was completed on time and within budget. They were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Andy and his team.

2 storey extension

Cann Construction & Brickwork carried out the work on our two storey extension on our 3 bedroom property. Their attention to detail and finish was exceptional. They are very hard working and always left the site tidy. The team where always on time and kept us up to date on all aspects of the build and worked well with all other contractors on site.
On a few occasions my husband and I couldn’t agree on certain things but Andy and his team offered suggestion which sometimes we hadn’t even thought of and actually went with a few of their ideas and are really happy we did. The work was completed within the time scale set out and to the quote provided. I would 100% recommend them to family and friends as we already have!
