Agree with Alison M. Nobody was interested in what I was bringing into the shop, they just pointed to a cupboard space towards the back of the shop and went back to chatting to the other people in the room at the back. No smiles no thank you. I shall take my things elsewhere in future.

Having cleared out the loft on a rainy Saturday morning on 26th October 2019 we decided to take 2 boxes full of items to this Charity shop. Arriving in the shop there was no one to greet us or guide us to where to put the items. We made our way to the back of the shop to a store room where we found 3 members of staff. A very surly gentleman was stood in the doorway , we handed our items to this man who without any acknowledgment from him reluctantly took them. There was no thank you from him or the other 2 members of staff in the store room. We left feeling very disappointed. This was a complete contrast to the experience we had in the North London Hospice Charity shop down the road.
