Absolutely fab. They squeezed me in super last minute for a blow dry. Made me feel really welcome. They put a brightening shampoo on my hair and made the blonde really stand out again. Clare did a fab job on my blow dry and evened out my bangs. Will definitely be going again. Thank you!

Terrible salon. "Highlighted" my hair with GREY streaks despite my clearly asking for creamy blond. I was off to the gym straight after so did not require the £20 blow dry and finish, which they tried to insist I pay despite not requiring or even using that service. They decided that they would not dry my hair at all, so I did not realise the full extent of their disgraceful work until later on. They did not respond to my efforts to get a refund or to correct it, despite my clearly stating in writing the full situation. I'm now having to seek the help of another salon at further expense to myself, but fully intend to seek a small claims case against them. Avoid this salon at all costs. Plus, it's a bit grotty inside. I should have left immediately, but you live and learn!
