Charged me £10 for 5 minute work to take the battery in and out. Didn’t fix anything just took a tenner off me and wasted my time

I have used this shop twice before this weekend and the service and courtesy has always been outstanding. Ezedine (I think that's the guy's name) was just amazing. I went over the road to get cash out of a (free) cash machine and lost not only my debit card but the (credit) card I tried to put in afterwards!! Doh! Anyway, this wonderful guy was so kind to me and fixed the phone superbly. He runs a good, efficient service from 117 Mill Road and, importantly, is utterly reliable and trustworthy. I went into the store looking to have the charging port of my iPhone fixed, the gentleman behind the counter was extremely polite. He gave me a very reasonable price for the replacement and told us that it would be fixed within 30-45 minutes. After returning 30 or so minutes later he had fixed the phone and did not attempt to rip me off at all. Absolutely ecstatic over the service I received, I would recommend the store to everybody.

Visited the store at 10:30 due to online saying it opened at 10, a sign on the door said 11 meaning I had to pay for more parking and wait half an hour for the store to open. Arrived back at the store for 11 and waiters 15 minutes before leaving due to no one being in. Very unreliable store. Ensure to call before visiting. Not happy.
