We started off as a family company and like to think that we treat our staff as members of our extended family. So we work as a team a lot, we avoid a hierarchical company structure, we give our staff the courage to try new ideas and support them in their career development.

We enjoy collaboration with our clients of course — but also with the media, the advertising agencies, the graphic designers, the audiovisual suppliers and the other freelance with whom we work. We're communicators after all, so making new contacts and meeting new people is what we love doing.
