Steve came to our new build home and did a full detailed snagging report that we then sent to the developer. Steve found 3 urgent issues that didn't comply with building regs, these were things we never would have known about had Steve not done his survey. Steve was super friendly and we feel so much more content having had this done. We will be getting Steve back once the work is completed for a follow up visit to make sure all the jobs have been done correctly. Steve is very knowledgeable and put us at ease from the moment he came into our home.

Steve came and completed an inspection on our property today. He was very professional, polite and extremely informative. Some of the issues he has found on the initial inspection are rather shocking and ones that we as home owners wouldn’t find ourselves due to not being in the know. I look forward to receiving the final report to then discuss this with our developer and have these issues rectified.

Today we had Steve from Calleo out to snag our new home in Norfolk. We’ve lived here four 8 months but just wanted a bit of independent reassurance on our house and it’s safety. and boy aren’t we glad we did.
Steve is super professional, polite and friendly. He was here for hours thoroughly going over our home and found over 60 points that need rectifying. I’m not talking paint chips I’m talking some really serious defects that need rectifying urgently. His service and explanations were thorough and helpful. We are looking forward to asking Steve to come and check everything again once our builder has rectified everything. Highly recommend! So much so he’s off to do our neighbours house!
