I live at buckstone hill I am writing to complain about my next door carers cigarette ends all over the driveway which we had to clear up, the copping my husband put down to divide our driveways were run over and smashed we have already had to replace them before because of this and enough is enough please respond to this

I have worked for Call-In for 4 years now and love everyone who works there. The service users really make the job. The office team are easy to contact and helpful if stuff gets changed. Happy in my job!

Kind staff who always make my mum smile. They are normally the same care assistants visiting her which is good. They are all chatty and give good info on mum's care. Office team seem friendly too and always on hand.

No-one knows when dad last had a shower ? Possibly 2 months ago ! Carers change on daily basis - so dad has total strangers marching in & out his house he doesn’t know - no regular consistency .. Staff always late or don’t even show up at all - then complain about their Previous patients making my father feel like he’s a burden to them : worst of all …..
Dad is losing weight as no-one giving him a sandwich or heating up the homemade food the family prepares .. we are throwing out uneaten food / I’m disgusted with their total incompetence / therefore we “the family” have to attend dad 7days a week.
With no respite .. I thought they were supposed to help us alíviate 21 meal visits a week .. But No, not possible ! He’d stave to death in filth & squalor if we left it to them. Atrocious

Carers are unwashed and reek of cigarette smoke. Late and do not understand plain English. Their staff at the office are as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Would not recommend this third rate company to anyone with elderly parents.
