Appalling customer service

Went in to price handles for internal doors. They had a large display of handles with no prices on them. The salesman directed me towards handles they had on the shelves, also without prices. I found one I liked and asked how much it cost. The salesman asked the other man behind the counter “how much?”. He shrugged and the salesman said to me “about a tenner a set, plus vat. So about £13 a set. Appalling maths, never mind customer service. AVOID!
