A day I dreaded saying goodbye to my father and had a lot of anxiety about. I can’t thank Jo and Martin enough for the care, support and compassion they gave me, my nan and family. The Funeral was done so beautifully and was so very meaningful. The attention to detail was outstanding and the respect they showed to us all was truly remarkable. All of my family and friends who attended commented on how beautiful the service was and the send off my father had will always leave a mark on my heart. Jo and Martin are such kind genuine people who go above and beyond thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Outstanding service and aftercare

Sadly my mum passed in August 2015. After several recommendations we approached Ian Watts & Son in Caldicot to provide a funeral service that was fitting for our mum. Joanne and Martin were very approachable and accommodating and put us all at ease. They made mums funeral very personal to us and supported us throughout. Their service didn't end there. The aftercare that was given to my dad continued. Joanne introduced my dad to some other widow/ers that they had supported ensuring that my dad wasn't lonely. Through this my dad has made several friends and has a better social life than I do.
I can not recommend Ian Watts & Soms highly enough for all the fore mentioned reasons.
Outstanding service by people who genuinely care for those left behind.

During this difficult time Jo & Martin both helped and supported us every step of the way. We can not thank them enough for their professionalism and attention to detail which helped us all cope and to give my grandmother the send off she deserved. Every member of my family would have no hesitation in recommending them.
