I was taking a wedding cake to London by train I was so confused as to what to get and not fortunes to spend. They gave me great advise and time and made me the most elegant-cake. I was worried that it was sponge but I could not have managed anything heavier to carry on the train. Everyone took pics of it it was so lovely and everyone raved about the taste of the sponge.
