Wedding ring removal.

My wife's fingers had swollen and she was unable to remove her wedding ring. Called at the shop and the very next day, Good Friday when the shop was closed and wife unable to go out of our house, Mr Caine came to our house, removed the ring very quickly without the slightest injury to my wife. A wonderful, quick and professional service. When my wife's finger has settled Mr Caine will come to our house to measure and then re-size her ring. Super service.

Amazing jewellers. So talented and gave us so much confidence in what we were buying. So much so we took an engagement ring back - bought from a larger company - to purchase one at Caines.

Super happy and we can’t wait to pick up our wedding bands. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone needing reliable friendly service and excellent quality jewellery.

Fantastic jewellers with prices to suit every pocket and a very wide range of products. Staff very knowledgeable on gems and watches and nothing is too much trouble for them. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Tangled necklace

I took my daughter’s Tiffany necklace in as it had been accidentally put in the washing machine and was completely knotted as you can imagine!
I never thought in a million years it could be untangled but amazingly Claire managed to!
I was so very grateful as my daughter had saved up for it herself and was devastated when it was in knots.
I cannot thank Claire enough for her patience in doing this for me.
