Poor aftercare

This electrician put in a new wall socket for me. He was recommended by a friend. He had to open a hatch in the floor and once complete he didn't fit it back securely enough and it made a noise when walked on. He also lifted a small section of our carpet but didn't secure the carpet properly and the carpet is coming up. I have repeatably tried to contact Calum "Who did the job" and to date he will not return my texts or calls to fix the problems. I now have no reason to trust his work ethic and would not recommend him to anyone to do work in there home.
