Wonderful service from an honest garage

Dreaded MOT time for my little car, and, although it failed - quite rightly so - the repairs were carried out efficiently, at a reasonable cost, and with a customer service centric, professional attitude. Really polite, lovely lads working here. I can definitely recommend this garage to anyone around South Wales. I live about 20 miles away and drive all the way here because they are so good. Definitely don't overcharge or do work that isn't needed. Definitely a very good experience all around. Thanks all.

Great service at a great price.

Having just moved to Caerphilly we're still looking out for all the services we need and as we drive past Caerphilly Car Clinic every day on the way to work, we thought we'd try them out to get our van serviced.

We received excellent service from my initial phone call to taking the van in and then collecting it again. Fast service and very friendly staff. The price was exactly what we were expecting and the work was carried out quickly and cleanly.

I've been using Caerphilly Car Clinic for years. Their prices are very reasonable, their work top notch and they are honest about their diagnosis and what they suggest you do. They help both prevent problems and save money using their years of knowledge and skill. They've helped me out of a bind where an engine broke down due to lack of oil and were completely honest about the fact that they'd prefer me to go to a specialist to replace the engine but at the same time they have a vast array of knowledge and equipment for dealing with common car models and will tell you the truth about your car and it's common issues. Would heartily recommend.

Brilliant service and price

I rang them in an emergency our car was making a terrible noise and the engine was full of water. They couldnt have been more helpful. I arranged to take it there with my partner after work and they were waiting despite the garage officially shutting before we arrived. They told me they would look at it the next day and ring me which is exactly what they did. They were open and honest about their prices and what actually needed doing ( instead of what some garages do which is what they feel like doing!) and they made sure it was ready on time as they knew we relied on the car for work. A brilliant service, great prices and we will take the car there for all future services and repairs.
