Dispute with my neighbours

Great Service at a reasonable cost. We had a dispute with our neighbours with regarding new rear extension. This was quickly resolved through a party wall agreement. We found Mr Lassetter to be very patient, knowledgable and professional. Party Wall: Difficult situation with my neighbour

I had a very difficult situation with my neighbour. A dispute arose over a very complex party wall issue involving the construction of a rear extension onto part of my building. I was recommended by a colleague to contact Nigel Lassetter of Cadz surveyors. He was very prompt and dealt with our issue with both professionalism and expedience. I found Mr Lassetter to be very knowledgeable and experienced. He was able to bring a speedy resolution to the dispute at a reasonable cost. I fully recommend Nigel Lassetter.

Party Agreement

My wife started to notice cracks forming on the inside of our property. I contacted Nigel Lassetter Manor House Surveyor, Birmingham Party Wall Surveyors and he was able to assist immediately. Although the dispute with our neighbour started poorly Nigel was able to resolved matters between us fairly swiftly.

The dispute was resolved and my property repaired after my neighbour served party wall notices. Nigel acted on behalf of both myself, my wife and our neighbours who as far as I am aware were also happy with his involvement. Nigel was very helpful and both myself and my wife fully appreciate his involvement and we fully recommend his services.

Party Wall Dispute: New Orangery Extension

We are employed Nigel Lassetter as both our architectural designs as well as our party wall surveyor. I can highly recommend Nigel; he is very approachable we found him to be very knowledgeable and a good communicator. The costs for both the architectural services and party wall services were very reasonable and he was able to help us deal with the issues the neighbours raised in relation to our extension. Help with my house extension

I contacted Manor House Surveyors for information and help with the party wall dispute. My wife and I are building a two-storey extension. We spoke to Mr Lasseter on the phone who was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly for us to understand. We appointed Mr Lasseter as our surveyor. He was very professional and dealt with all of the raised by our neighbours who at the time of being very difficult and obstructive. Mr Lasseter resolve the dispute and we were able to carry on with the construction of a extension. Both my wife and I are very grateful for Mr Lasseter’s help and we can both fully recommend Mr Lasseter and Manor House Surveyors.
