I ordered furniture in July, and it still hasn't arrived in October.

The back office seems to be in chaos as they have managed to incorrectly fulfil a simple order of four items. Furthermore, they don't have a direct dial line, you have go through a call answering service which is very frustrating.

I would not recommend this company.
