1Lawrence thank you for your review. As you know this is factually untrue and we have been waiting for 1 week for you and your housemates to return the keys as your tenancy expired on 30 June. As informed to you all last week and again today without the keys we cannot check the house and unless returned we would have no option but to change the locks which would be at your expense. We had no option but to inform you of this as we have contractors waiting to carry out works for next years letting. Until the house is properly check out we cannot release the deposit and without the keys we check the property. We are still awaiting a set of keys.

Incompetent
1They mentioned that there were some viewings the next day & they would arrive earlier at four o'clock to take the photographs. Four o'clock and no one turned up. At five o'clock some people arrived to view the property. The letting agent then showed up OVER AN HOUR LATE after I had showed the potential tenants around and done their job for them.
I have wasted a lot of time thanks to Cactus. Don't use unless you want a lot of your time wasted.
