Cactus Language Training

I've been doing Spanish courses with Cactus for 4 or 5 sessions now. My teacher is excellent and the set up at St Gile College is great. However, the administration side of the business is officious, unhelpful and, to be honest, doesn't give a damn if you have been a loyal customer or not. All that matters for them is "bums on seats". I've had occasion to ask them to enrol me late for a course, due to business commitments and had the cheek to ask them to adjust the price to accommodate having missed the first two lessons of ten. The responses have been argumentative, bordering on sarcastic and insolent. They would rather run a course with an empty chair than compromise. It's a little like flying an aeroplane with an empty seat - it makes little sense if someone is offering to pay you to use it! I've raised it with their MD, who doesn't have the courtesy to acknowlege. So, so long as you don't expect any recognition for being a loyal customer, go and book with them!

Cactus Language Training helped me a lot with my goal to learn Spanish. I chose to have private lessons due to my very busy timetable and because I wanted to focus on my Business Spanish since I need it for my every day work. Cactus helped me with a friendly service and amazed me with its flexibility and the very good prices. I could postpone or cancel a lessons the day before which was perfect. Furthermore I could always contact Cactus with questions and they checked on me and my course on a regular basis.
