Cabco Taxis

CabCo is the best taxi company I’ve EVER used. Cars always arrive on time, staff are always friendly and welcoming, well presented and beautifully managed. I cannot think of one fault and after moving 200 miles and currently without a car they are saints. They always get me everywhere on time and never fail to make me smile. Easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given.

Absolutely awful service! The drivers are lare, no apologise, the price you will requested to pay after finishing the journey will be more than 50% increased than the initial quote and nobody from the company will be able to explain you why. The complaints remain unanswered and ofcourse, the manager will be out of the office if you want to report this to them!

I am delighted to say how easy it is to give a review to Cabco. I have always found them to be friendly and caring. Easy to book, always on time and happy to assist with heavy luggage or a trolley. I would always recommend them to anybody looking a reliable, friendly taxi service. An example of their fantastic customer care is where I lost my phone in one of their cabs and they went to great lengths to let me know - What a relief that was!

Price is reasonable, but then at my house they asked for more saying it was further than they thought ! I would not have minded if informed upfront. It is not on at all . My biggest gripe is that they just want to be paid in cash which does not help with me claiming it as an expense, as well as do they declare the income and pay taxes on it. There are more expensive taxi firms out there and the journey was pleasant until I arrived and they asked for more. £2 is not a lot but it was the principal. Used taxis twice a week for three years until the end of the last year and no problem at all as well as all of them paid by card with a receipt and invoice.
