Cab My Ride Ltd

If I could, I would give zero stars! Booked return taxi to the airport and one day before the trip they cancelled. No explanation. When I called to ask what happened, as they took payment and sent a confirmation email, the operator said he needed to talk to management to find out. When I asked to speak to them, he said they were busy... on the school run?! The operator said they would call me back within the hour, but I never heard from anyone again. Unbelievable!! I suppose I need to be grateful they at least cancelled as oppose to a no show which, looking at previous reviews, has happened more than once. I got lured by the cheap price, but it is obviously too good to be true. And it is never worth ruining your trip over a few quid... AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Had a great driver Sarbjot who helped me get my luggage in and out of his cab. I think he could tell I had a long day!

Excellent taxi service. They where 30% cheaper than the airport taxis outside. Excellent and great app!
