at Caan, were fantastic to deal with throughout the project in our house development. Callum and Ralph communicated with us through the planning stage and kept us , up to date on progress and dates for installation. The price quoted was great value for money for our new staircase.

Once the work started again we were informed each step of the way. Paul and the team who were onsite were extremely polite and professional. I really appreciated how they considered our new born and made sure the house was clean each night before leaving. The end product and joinery was top quality and really pleased with how the new stair case has transformed our house.

Callum, Ralph, Paul , Jack, Curtis and Angus were all great to deal with through the process. All the sub contractors who were involved in the job were a pleasure to deal with and offered great value for money.

From the onset CAAN Design were highly knowledgable, efficient and thoroughly professional. We couldn't quite picture how we wanted our stair conversion completed and they suggested several different finishes, which filled us with complete trust and confidence from the word go. Always punctual, non invasive and thoroughly tidy, the job was completed with no fuss at all and we are delighted with the finish. Contacted caan design as live in Kilsyth.to ask if they would travel to do staircase in my area. Received excellent customer care and professional advice and they travel any where in Scotland. Joiners came to my home fitted staircase in a diffult area as opening up my cellar .workmanship was super .job done in one day and joiners brushed and cleaned my floors while we had garden party would never have known the had been in my house would highly recommend this company.
