CA.Tiling

Fuming !!!!!!!!!
Booked him for today and tomorrow, and confirmation was given again the week before last so assumed all was good to go.
He was supposed to come to show me a sample of the tiles last week failed to show up.
No message or calls telling me hes not coming.
SO Today I was left sitting waiting for him like a mug.
We messaged him when he didn't showup
finally he replied saying sorry he moved over the weekend. And the tiles I wanted have been discontinued. Now double the price of what he quoted.

He is unreliable. Could have called or messaged this information surely.
Would have come to a different arrangement in price etc as I want the job done . But I wasn't aware until he was chased up this morning after he failed to show up .
Is this a way to treat his customers! Totally disgraceful. Is no option for a minus star rating!!!!

Chris arrived when he said he would and gave a reasonable quote there and then which we accepted.
A date was set for the work some 3 weeks later as we had other tradesmen in until then.
Without any further communication Chris arrived exactly on the date set and proceeded to complete a superb job.
Each day he arrived promptly and got on with the job to a very high standard. Each evening before leaving he cleaned up everywhere after himself.
The job itself was a difficult mosaic tile job with 10 sockets to contend with plus a windowsill.
The end result was a very neat, skilful and thoroughly excellent job completed on time with no hidden extras.
I would not hesitate to recommend Chris for any future work.
