C2 Building & Consultancy Ltd

Wanted to replace a full flat roof on my chalet house to a pitched wrap around roof, and although C2 building were not the cheapest quote I liked the way Russell spoke about the job and his proposals upon my drawings, we started work in June and faced so many obstacles from building control as I have an old extension where the main rafters face another direction…but every step Russell liased with structural engineers and building control until the project met all the requirements to pass.
Throughout the whole project Russell and his team arrived when they said they would and would always contact me if there was any delays or changes to plans, his team were polite and professional at all times and kept noise, dirt and dust to a minimum
I would highly recommend Russell and his team it’s so hard nowadays to find an honest and reliable builder and that is exactly what Russell and his team are, would not hesitate to use them again and I already have plans for a garage refurb in 2023

Russell did a kitchen renovation and install for us, including some extra works. He communicated with us at all times and was very reliable. If extra work needed doing he had someone to recommend and would bring them in to do the job. Couldn't recommend him more and we will definitely be using him in the future!

After approaching at least 5 different companies I immediately felt like C2 and Russell in particular were the most trustworthy and communicative out of them all and so entrusted them to help with the interior renovation of a 1950s semi. The work included rewiring, plastering, plumbing, removal of internal walls and installation of a new bathroom and kitchen.
The whole process took just over 3 months and we received photos updates as the work progressed as we were not staying at the property at the time.
C2 kept to their initial timeline and budgets extremely well and kept me informed along the way about the works or any questions they had.
We’ve been very happy with their work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others looking for similar work.

Dormer loft with 2 bedrooms, wetroom done and front roof replacement. Russell the owner explained what would be done and what time scale it would be done in. Everything required was put in the quotation. A payment plan was also done with a breakdown of payment when required. He took in consideration what we wanted and completed everything on time even though it was done in the winter. Russell was always available for any queries required. I would use this company again if required and recommend him for friends and family.

Following a meeting with Russell , he designed our unit and sent us samples of the material to chose from. We agreed on a price and a time when the work could be done. Russell is professional, flexible and attentive to details. I would not hesitate to recommend him or use his services again
