Took for an MOT and had a really poor experience

Mechanic/owner has no customer service skills whatsoever and should be kept strictly away from any customer facing roles as I felt the whole experience with him to be uncomfortable at best and frankly left me feeling intimidated.

Really disappointing- I would never have spoken to any of my customers this way and have seen colleagues get a disciplinary for less.

Had my MOT done here, can not fault the place, great price, very informative. Will be returning. Highly recommened.

Took my Audi in 6/12/2021 and I've been coming here for years now.
I've never found a better garage than this!!

MOTs are always done even with short notice, fantastic staff and always fair on price and work, they don't put on anything that doesn't need repairing on like other garages have in the past.

I CANNOT fault this garage.
I have used garages in the past and nothing compares to this garage if I was to move away I would actually travel to this garage. That's how good it is.

Don't go anywhere else you will not be disappointed with CTS.

Avoid at all costs, this company also trades as autojama selling faulty unsafe tyres. Bought 4 tyres from this so called company and 2 out of the 4 are faulty after 4 months of use (blistered tyre walls). The company will not respond to emails and uses every excuse going why it isnt their fault. Avoid these can men at all costs and use a proper company, worth paying the extra, you may aswell bin your money if you buy off this company.
