First impression - Excellent

Used CPS today for the first time to have our gas fire serviced, very imppressed, arrived on time, wore pods instead of coming in with shoes on. Polite and professional, i am very pleased with the work carried out and at a resonable price, will defenitely use them again.

Excellent service today for a faulty boiler. Called this morning and it was all fixed by 2.30pm. Very friendly engineer, and a price I was more than happy to pay.

Twice CPS have come out at short notice to fix my boiler. They are efficient, polite, and have sorted everything out with no fuss. I'd fully recommend them.

Central Heating problem resolved!

CPS were completing the annual service of my boiler (wouldn't skip that since it was installed!), and successfully diagnosed and resolved a problem with my central heating that was making the entire top floor like a fridge. Now that they've fixed the problem (balancing of all the radiators and connecting an additional pump into the system) the house has been so much warmer, on every floor. Result! Thank you CPS.
