C P M Joinery & Timber Preservation

From start to finish amazing service. New kitchen nightmare until Chris and his crew came in, dealt with every problem that popped up and finished the job with perfection and precision. Didn't even have to sweep the floor or wipe a surface, every night everything was tidied away. Everyone who worked on this job went above and beyond from the smallest details to major hurdles. We cannot recommend Chris and Co highly enough. A job well done!!

A good company to provide estimate (22/7/20 reads: "renew window surround & seal" explain: "renew the internal timber surround on the window - no repairs to the actual window, and strip and trowel mastic around outside window" £288.00.), for 2 pieces of wood that surround the window frame and mastic (BQ £20.00 max), today rain water enters the room.

I was mislead to believe the man who gave the estimate will do the job, but one of his staff started 12.00 finish 5pm, for a mastic and 2 pieces of wood maybe a few hours work.

I got no experience and reasons to hire the company, when called and email several times (13/9/20 till today) asking to fix the problem and/or remove the 2 pieces of wood, refused with any excuses!

I appreciate the public should know the bad and good of any company, particularly on the price, refusal to fix damage after and take responsibility with no positive respond and flooding the room - while make me a bad customer, but never a bad trader?

Ordered new windows with cpm, the windows and installation were all to a high standard and would definitely recommend cpm.

Thanks to Chris and his team for making the process of repairing dry rot and restoring our house as easy as possible!

Work was completed to an exceptionally high standard, with care taken to make sure we were happy with everything.

I have used alot of joinery companies over the years until i came across CPM joinery. They are without doubt one of the best finishing joinery companies in the country. I would not use any other company now as would my parents, family and friends. We have had kitchens, windows, floors, oak doors fitted, walls taken down, dry rot delt with and all to a faultless finish.
