Charlie is a very reliable, honest and trustworthy heating engineer. He is meticulous in his attention to detail and provides value for money.
Other service engineers consider a quick wipe clean and nozzle change a sufficient scope of works for an annual boiler service. Charlie may charge slightly more than others but the level of service provided is second to none. The whole boiler is pretty much taken to pieces, cleaned and assembled again with major maintenance carried out in the critical areas.
I have no hesitation in recommending Charlie for all your boiler servicing requirements.

I have used Charlie CP Heating & Plumbing since moving to the area just under 3 years ago. What a fab service and a very good price & he is local. He has replaced my shower and screen in my main bathroom, fully replaced my ensuite including re-plumbing it and tiling it, he has replaced my boiler and serviced all of my gas appliances over these 3 years and all at very reasonable prices and on days that fit with me. He has just been out today to fix a leak for me and again very reasonable price.

I run out of oil and tried to find someone to help me sort out the issue. I was aware there may be an air blockage in the system and having phoned Charlie at CP Heating he talked me through the process of how to bleed the system. I was unable to follow his clear advice and asked him to come and take a look. He came the same day and fixed the problem within about 15 minutes. He also showed me how to sort out the problem if the same thing happened again. Even better, he only charged me a very modest call out fee that was less than was quoted over the phone and less than a third of what larger companies wanted to come and take a look. Honesty pays and I will have Charlie complete all works on my boiler going forward safe in the knowledge he isnt in the business of taking his customer for a ride. Highly recommended!
