C K S Kickstart

I was given a voucher by my family for my birthday to do a motorbike training course and we chose to use Kickstart Training as it was local to family and friends. I managed to do the first part (my CBT training and test), and when applying to do the 2nd and 3rd parts, I discovered that the company had gone into receivership and the new owners claimed to have no record of my voucher. I discussed in great detail with the new owner over the phone, who refused to honour the voucher and invited me to pay more money to complete my course. During our conversations, the new owner (Hector) was extremely dismissive and impolite with me, at one point accusing me of fraud. This was a great shame as the initial course instruction was good; however, my subsequent experience with Kickstart was extremely disappointing. I hope that if other people are looking for a good training course in the local area, they will look elsewhere or consider it very carefully.
