Complete bathroom renovation

Originally we were looking for someone to fix a leaking pipe.

Carol visited us quickly and sorted the issue. I then asked him to return and replace a radiator which he happily did.

As I was pleased with the work I decided to get a quote for the bathroom. Happy with quote and decided to book for whilst we were away.

As were were away carl was happy to liaise with neighbour, plasterer and electrician so as not to bother us.

We returned from our holiday to a gorgeous new bathroom that we are really happy with.

Carl was informative and helped guide us without pressurising us into something we didn’t want.

Carl is friendly, reliable, trustworthy and prompt.

Have recommended to friends and will use again in future.

We were very pleased with all aspects of the work undertaken especially in the difficult times with Covid 19 and arranging a mutually convenient appointment. Very clean and tidy and extremely pleasant to deal with.

Carl has been my plumber and first point of contact for plumbing issues for some 8 years.

At all time he has been very professional, helpful and friendly and more than happy to respond quickly – on one occasion coming out on the weekend.

I understand he has very good contacts in the trade and his prices are very reasonable

I can highly commend him.

Carl was really friendly and responded quickly to my emails. He listened to what I wanted done and advised me on products and made helpful suggestions. His work was really good and he sorted out any other problems that came up. I'm really happy with the new bathroom.
