Worse shop

My sister bought a saucepan from them. We were in SHOCK when after less than 20 minutes of use the saucepan burnt and was black at the bottom. She contacted them the next day and they refuse to exchange or refund her money. They said their supplier is good and want accept the damaged item. AVOID THEM. Not a very good and honest company.
