Horrible vets. We had high hopes when we went there owing to the excellent reviews. However once there we realsied just how greedy the vets are!.They do not give advice well and always keep you out of the loop, they do not answer questions and will not provide specific treatment for your pet. They judge based on your pet if it is more of a prestige type they will help if not like rabbits, budgies etc they do not care as much. They are very presistent to keep your pet for a check up and hospitilise when your pet is perfectly healthy. Please do not go for the sake of your pet especially if you have birds.

The best vets around. With the most caring team, and the most professional, knowledgeable Dr’s. Why would anyone want to go anywhere else? No matter how far you need to travel, this is the place, when only the best will do for your beloved pet.

When we arrived with our lovely pet rabbit we were very fearful he may not come home with us. He had to have fairly major surgery to his eye, have teeth removed . Even though we have a Petplan this surgery was not covered by the plan and had to pay, but it was worth it.
One year later Oscar is still with us and doing really well in fact [apart from check up /jabs ] he has not had to see a vet at all. WOW.
Before seeing Matthew we were at the vets every 2-3 months with him having surgery.
We can't thank you enough .
If anyone has an exotic [ yes rabbits are exotic ] this surgery is worth travelling to as we did from Surrey. They were recommended by our vet because what needed doing was outside of their remit

THANK YOU AGAIN.
