Business overview
Long established Tax Accountants and Advisers - based in and around Hayling Island
C J Driscoll Chartered Accountants was founded in 1982 by Chris Driscoll. Soon afterwards, the company became an established business in the local area due to the excellent standard of service that we offer. Aside from serving companies and individuals in the local area, our client base extends beyond Hampshire to the Midlands and the North East. We also work internationally and have a range of clients in France, Greece and even North America and Australia.
In 2012, Colin Clarke ACA, at the company since 1992 and Chris’ partner since 1997, took over the company. Since taking over Colin has maintained the successful ethos employed by Chris which consists of providing a service that is professional, friendly and personalized. The relatively small size of our team, and our emphasis on providing our customers with a personalized service, enables us to build strong relationships with our clients and it also allows us to create an in depth understanding of their business.

Excellent value for money
5Knowledgeable team
5Great support, efficient service
5Unbelievably rude response to complaints. You would never think they are working for you.
1You have completely mis-interpreted what was said in response to your your e-mail. I would have thought the fact that you were given priority over other matters when you provided your accounts information at the very last minute every year demonstrated that we are geared up for that situation. What was said was that we have to determine what work can be put off for a short time to accomodate urgent matters and if every client left matters to days before the filing deadline neither we nor HMRC nor any other professional firm could cope. It is strange that Chris has been retired over 7 years now and you have not raised any issue with our service until now and yet you intimate that you have been unhappy all this time whilst still continuing with us.
