Repair horrors

Trashed my interior panel on passenger side of my Ford Fiesta.This was in attempting to repair a door handle fault which they could not do.Panel perfect to start with...pocket ripped off and crudely glued back on,interior handle loose.
Back and forth over two days...nightmare.Gave me the £80 they charged me back but left me much worse ,off.
