Sofa bed- poor quality and customer service blaming manufacturer
1Dear customer, Thank you for your feedback and sorry for all the pain you have been through with this order, partly with our responsibility. We do our best to fulfill the highest standards of services, even when products are delivered by our manufacturers with some issues - we co-operate with them and our customers to investigate the case and provide necessary inspections and - if needed - repair or new product as a replacement. In the case of your order, we did literally everything we could to help with resolving the problem, yet at some point, we need to understand that in the current circumstances - suppliers are not able to provide their services as fast as expected. At every stage of the process, we were at your service either on the calls or email contact. We have provided you every piece of information and every update that we received from the manufacturer - as that was all we could do at that point. The worth of mentioning would be also the fact that the furniture we took from you after the inspection wasn't in the very best condition after just a few weeks of usage after all, yet we ignored that fact and still carried on with processing the case. For now, we can only hope that common sense and patience will win with frustration and anger towards things we have no influence on. Once again we apologize for the inconvenience with your order and we wish to ask for another chance in the future. The whole crew of CJC Furniture wishes you a Merry Christmas and a safe year of 2021. Kind Regards.
