Expensive mistake

They took down my chimney a few years ago. It seemed ok at the time but they did not fill in the gap in the bricks below the tiles. Birds got into the gap and nested. Neighbours complained about the noise and mess of lots of birds flying in and out. The neighbours reported it to the council. I called Harris Roofing at least 3 times to come and look at it, they said they would but never turned up. It has now cost me £2500 for someone to come and sort it out, it was 'a real of a mess up there'
