We approached Carlo to demolish our dilapidated double garage and rebuild a single garage and office space. Carlo provided a quote that did not increase unexpectedly mid-build. He kept us informed throughout and consulted us regularly regarding key decisions. He used quality tradesmen resulting in a high quality finish. He started work in mid-June and completed in early September. He worked hard and made rapid progress. The building inspector has been impressed with the quality of the build at all stages.
