I was for purchasing a mirror for £109.99. I asked if they would give me a discount ie £9.99. They said NO discount so I said I would not be purchasing anything from them. I was also for buying a table . Had luck CFC you lost a good sale. I think a discount of £9.99 wouldn’t have broke your bank. You should take an example from other businesses who are promoting and encouraging people to shop with them.

Very poor customer service in fabric department.

I had been looking for a new suite for our newly redecorated living room. I had visited many furniture stores, but could not find the right suite. While visiting friends they suggested I try CFC Interiors Ltd in Cookstown. They have a wonderful collection of suites, the sales staff could not be more helpful in showing me different patterns and styles of suite. Even when I decided what I wanted they showed me round again so I had another chance to make sure I had picked the right suite. The paper work completed and sample materials ordered from the manufacturer, they gave me a delivery date which I was happy with. CFC Interiors kept in touch right up to my suite was delivered to my home. CFC Interiors customer service was excellent.
