Chris has made a very good job of plastering the porch and a badly worn out area around a window of our stone cottage. He impressed us with his care, tidiness and efficiency and would not hesitate to use him again.

Chris undertook measures to rectify a long-term damp issue where our chimney-breast was removed by others previously leaving an area which produced salts attracting moisture when the room was humid.
A friend gave us Chris' details, and we weren't disappointed. Unable to take our call immediately, Chris replied promptly and arranged a scoping visit. The works were reasonably priced, and subsequently programmed in.
Chris arrived promptly, used drop cloths to protect our floors, benches etc, and went above and beyond completing the works (including adjusting extents to encapsulate a small adjacent area of unsightly plasterwork). His advice on potential issues was spot on, so that when he couldn't use the method proposed, an alternate method was already agreed as 'plan B'. Chris was respectful of the property, cleaned up well each day, and left our home in a tidy state upon completion.
I have confidence the work will stand the test of time and highly recommend Chris to others.
